Sending a Digital Document or Package
Sending a document or digital package to your customer or client is as easy as entering an email address, selecting the document or digital package to send, and pressing the send button.
The recipient will receive an email letting them know that they have a digital document or package available for download from your EDDCS Courier system. The email message sent can be customized to meet your needs.

Tracking the Delivery Status of Your Package
After your customer or client has been notified that they have a digital package available for download, you can easily monitor its delivery status.
Including:
- The day and time that the document or package was sent
- The EDDCS delivery confirmation status
- The number of download attempts a client has made
- The current status of the download link (Ok, Expired, or Exceeded)
In addition, you can resend a download link to the recipient, or manually delete it, all from one convenient screen.

Downloading a Document or Digital Package
Once the recipient of your document or digital package receives the download notification email, they will be directed to the EDDCS Digital Courier download page on your website.
The recipient simply clicks on a link, and downloads the document or package from your system. The EDDCS system monitors the download process and updates the delivery confirmation status of the digital package for you.
The download page can be easily customized to match the look and feel of your website using a built-in industry standard templating system.
